How to retain hyperlink in the reference list on Microsoft word 365

Hello, I'm using Zotero for the first time. When I create a reference list using the Add Bibliography Zotero feature on Word for APA 7th edition, the URL and Doi do not have the hyperlink.
How do I create a reference list on Word using APA 7th and still have DOI and URL with hyperlink?

When you are done writing, save a copy of the document, then click the Unlink Citations button in the Zotero tab. Then select the bibliography (now regular text) and run the Word Autoformat function. Alternatively, type a space after each URL/DOI.

Note that you should do this in a copy of your document, as Unlink Citations disconnects your document from Zotero. If you need to make edits, you will want to go back to the copy of the document with live citations.
