Zotero.dotm is not supported by Word

    Hello, I am having this problem now, the complement is disabled and when I try to readd it, it says Zotero.dotm is not supported by word

    I have followed the insrtuctions on manually installing, the file is in the startup folder, it is the correct file, but is gets disabled by word and when I try to manually adding it it says .dotm is not supported...HELP!!!

    I was able to un disable it by changing the type of file, it is a plantilla or form, not a COM, if it is useful for anyone

    I'm not quite sure what you mean by "changing the type of file". If .dotm is in the Word Startup folder, it should load in Word, though you may need to adjust your Word security settings as explained on the support page.
