Reverse engineer a bibliography into zotero

Has anyone come across a way to import a bibliography list from a document (ie. a text bibliography that's not coded) into Zotero? Ideally I'd import into Zotero direct, but I'll take another reference manager software as an intermediary to then go to Zotero too.
