Upgrade StorageImpossible to log my windows zotero software to my account

I cannot log my windows zotero software to my account.
My ID and PSW are correct since I can log online.
It says the server don't recognize my ID or PSW.
My zotero Version is the more recent online.
Could you help me ?

In the Sync pane of the preferences, clear the username and password fields completely, restart Zotero for good measure, and then go back and try again. If you're still having trouble, provide a Debug ID for an attempt to set up syncing.
