Possibility of getting metadata from journals published in China with DOIs

There's a registry (CNKI -- you actually can't have a DOI without a registry), but while they claim a metadata API, we haven't gotten it to work, so currently that's a no, I'm afraid. Since it's the 3rd largest registration agency (I think) I'd love to get this to work, of course.

Only very cautiously and likely not in the short term (and also not for that particular DOI -- as bwiernik points out, that's registered by ISTIC and we don't know anything about getting their data at all.
