Prevent creation of .zotero-ft-unprocessed & .zotero-ft-cache files
These types of files are created when I import new PDFs, but not epubs. Moreover, even though I had deleted them on my previous computer, they all showed up again when I synced Zotero on my new machine. They simply take up space and don't appear to serve any functional purpose.

dstillmanI'm not sure why you would decide that files Zotero creates in its own data directory are unnecessary and should be deleted, but those files are used for full-text content searching and syncing, and you shouldn't delete them if you want those things to work properly. You shouldn't touch anything in the data directory if you don't understand exactly what it's for.
