Extracting annotations

I'm having an issue with extracting annotations. I have been successful with this function in the past; however, now the option is not listed when I right click the mouse. I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Please advise. Am I missing something? How does this option disappear?

That's a feature of the ZotFile plugin, not Zotero itself.
