Citing a source with almost no info about it

Wondering how to cite a video with almost no information attached to it. It was in a public dropbox file on for which a link was provided on a page by UNICEF, so I guess its safe to say UNICEF is the creater. Its also obvious that it is from this year. Is it acceptable to give it a generic title? Here's the page on which it's link exists:
https://www.unicef.org/mena/press-releases/unicef-reaches-150-million-people-information-covid-19-middle-east-north-africa
and here's the link to the video itself: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/7jq0sua0ncrrqsv/AADcILExj9jxHyDzWtfqGTUma/Videos?dl=0&preview=Videos+Basra+(2).mp4&subfolder_nav_tracking=1
  • I might title it something like, 'Video to accompany "UNICEF reaches nearly 150 million people with information on COVID-19 across the Middle East and North Africa"'
