Style request: [Korean Journal of Gastroenterology]

Cannot find a style, according to the rules set by the Korean journal of gastroenterology.

Rules:
References should be numbered consecutively as a superscript in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text, and listed at the end of the manuscript.

The names of all authors should be cited up to 6 authors; in case there are more than 6 authors, the first three authors should be cited, followed by the expression “, et al.”.

Journal titles are abbreviated in accordance with the style of Index Medicus.

List author’s last name first, followed by the first letter of the first name. ex) Kim YS, Marrelli D, Gupta AK

Follow the style of PubMed for supplementary volumes, online journals, and unpublished manuscripts.

    Please have a look requesting guidelines again. I'll need the exact examples given, not just random ones.
