Changing the format of the bibliography

Good morning, I'm currently using Zotero in Word for Mac. I don't know why but in the bibliography, the articles I quoted don't come in a "numbering" format, so there is no indentation in the lines after the first line of the citation. A friend of mine is also using Zotero for Mac and does not have this problem, so his citations are all indented. I can do it by hand at the end of my thesis, but I was wondering if there is a faster way. Hope I made myself clear, since English is not my first language. Thanks

Citations and the bibliography will be in the citation style you selected when you first started using Zotero in the document. To change it after, click the plugin's Document Preferences button and choose a different citation style.
