dstillmanIf you mean "Purge Storage from My Library" on the storage settings page on this website, know that that doesn't delete your library — it simply removes the files from any attachments in your online library. The files would still exist in your local copy of Zotero. You can force Zotero to reupload the files by using Reset File Sync History (and only that) from the Sync → Reset pane of the Zotero preferences.
