Upgrade StorageCannot install Word plugin for Zotero
Hi, I just downloaded Zotero today and I cannot make the Word Plugin to work :(
I tried to do it manually : I went to Zotero>Preferences>Cite and then I clicked on Install the Word plugin and then I had the following error :
Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.
[Exception... "The file Zotero.dot couldn't be opened because there is no such file. @[setTemplateTypeCreator:install.m:223]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: file:///Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/Resources/extensions/zoteroMacWordIntegration@zotero.org/components/zoteroMacWordIntegration.js :: checkStatus :: line 227" data: no]
I then tried to copy the zotero.dot and zotero.dotm files that I found and put them in the startup folder for Word. And it still does not work (I don't see anything in Word, and still get the error message in Zotero).
Any ideas ?? My Mac is on HighSierra 10.13.6 and Word is Word for Mac 2011.

Do note that Word for Mac 2011 support is being discontinued by both Microsoft and Zotero, so even if you get it to work, there is no guarantee it will continue to work in the future
