    Since 5 days , the magic search identifier does not work and I am not able to do anything. My internet connection works. I did not find any crossref issues as I checked. I submitted problem either the submission does not work, or it says internet connection which is not true.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?

    I tried to get the Debug ID but a pop ups showed failure even for that. I have checked my internet connection and I also checked at work but the problem is the same.

    OK, it sounds like network connections aren't working at all in Zotero for you. You'll need to see Connection Error to debug that.
