Problem with saving pdf to chrome

Hi there, I have had this issue for a while on Mac OS on Chrome.

I am now not able to save the PDF to zotero, the icon is showing grey. I think this started with me not having enough storage under my account, but I have already upgraded to unlimited storage and it is taking no effect.

A debugging ID is D214005591, could you help take a look?

    Saving doesn't have anything to do with a storage subscription, which pertains solely to online storage for file syncing.

    If this is a PDF that's opening in a new tab, try just reloading it once or twice. (There's a bug in the current Zotero Connector for Chrome where a PDF that opens in a new tab might not be detected as a PDF on the first load, but reloading it should fix it. We'll be releasing a new version of the connector that fixes this in the next hour.)
