Upgrade StorageEdit saved search dialog extends off screen on MacOS

I've found that on MacOS, the "New saved search" and "Edit saved search" dialogs extend below the bottom of the screen if the search contains too many criteria.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a saved search
2. Click the "+" button to add search criteria. Repeat until the dialog box extends below the bottom of the screen.
I recommend limiting the window size so that it fits on the screen, and adding scroll bars to make all the search criteria accessible.
Obviously, one could as a workaround make adjustments to the search to reduce the number of criteria. However, it seems to me that the number of criteria in a saved search should be limited by things like memory, not the size of the user's screen.
