Trouble with Word plugin

Hello,

I have a couple of problems with Zotero (2.0 beta) in one particular Word document using the APA style:
(1) In some cases of two or more articles by the same author from the same year, no 'a' or 'b' is added.
(2) In case of two or more articles by the same author, these articles are not listed chronologically in the bibliography.

I've made sure that the author is cited in the exact same way for each article and when I enter the same citations into a fresh new document, there are no problems there. I tried copy&pasting the entire content of the document into a new file, but that didn't solve anything.

I have older versions of the same file where everything is still working fine, but I've edited it quite a bit since then without checking the bibliography each time - I kinda trusted Zotero to take care of that part.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Edit: If it helps, I'm using Zotero 2.0b6.5 in Firefox 3.5.2; I have used the problematic document on both Vista pc running Word 2007 (using 'compatibility mode' , ie, the old .doc format rather than .docx) and my old Win2K machine with Word 2000. I sync Zotero across my different computers, including file sync. I used 'Field' format as I have quite some citations in footnotes.

I've experimented some more, and found out that in some other styles, the biliography does look ok.

This is APA (note the odd sorting and lack of 'a' and 'b' after some years):

So... I need to use APA, but somehow that's not working. Right now I'm looking for a style that is similar to APA, so I can edit it to match APA, but of course that's going around it backwards.

OK, I've solved the problem by going back two versions of the style to Revision 3993 of apa.csl.

thanks for the detailed input - I'll have a look and try to figure out what caused this.

It looks like a problem with the CSL engine in Zotero. Can't find any fault with the style.
