Word plugin reagiert nicht

sehr plötzlich reagiert die Word-Erweiterung gar nicht mehr, wenn ich in versuche, ein neues Zitat hinzuzufügen. Dafür schließt sich das Word-Dokument und es kommt der Hinweis, dass das Dokument nicht aktualisiert werden kann. Oder es passiert einfach gar nichts. Ich habe das Dokument bereits kopiert, alles auf Updates untersucht, das Plugin "disabled" und wieder "enabled" und zotero neu installiert.

Hoffentlich kann mir jemand helfen.

    What version of Word (with full version number) are you using? Have you tried restarting your computer? Does it work in a new document?

    I have Version 1908 (11929.20708). I've tried both your suggestions several times yesterday without success. I'll try again today.

    Do you see the same problem in a new document? Do you run any security software (besides Windows Defender)? Have you tried temporarily disabling it?

    As I said, at first I had the same problem in a nwe document and I had already tried disabling the plugin before I wrote my first message here.

    However, I tried again yesterday afternoon, and it worked impaccably. So, maybe I just hadn't given it enough time. Still, thanks for your advice. =)
