Upgrade StorageMultiple sources error-Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus
Hi! I've just wanted to start to use Zotero. Everything worked fine, until I tried to cite 3 or more articles at ones. The massage I get:
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view the troubleshooting instructions?"
The "troubleshooting instructions" couldn't help at all...Anyway I found an information, I should delete the Microsoft Office "Click-to-run" program from my control panel, but there is no such thing there...We uninstalled the whole Microsoft Office and than installed again..I got a free package form my university, and there is one way to install it...
Did anyone have the same problem?

Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for reproducing this error?
(I'm not sure what you're reading re: Click-to-Run, but there's no particular reason to think that applies to you.)
