Synchronisation problem

Dear all
I cannot synchronize my Zotero with Zotero.org. Report ID:1662797442.
I have the 5.0.75 version of Zotero on my Macbook and use Firefox 75.0.
I have already reboot many times zotero, my computer, etc ...but still doesn't work. Error message: servor connexion error.
