Upgrade StorageCan't install - Win 10.0.18362
when I run the Zotero-5.0.85_setup.exe it unpacks and then:
setup.exe - appliaction error (0xc000007b)
When I extract it then the setup.exe gives the same error but I can run zotero.exe from "core" dir (but no plugin appears, of course)
