Citations are repeated and incorrect

Hi everyone.

I´m working on my dissertation and TWO problems are really making me crazy.

Nr.1:
I cannot find the correct citation form, which is requested from my institute. It should be having arabic numbering and each citation should be as following
-first: list of ALL authors
-then: in brackets: year of publication
-then: complete title of the publication
-then: name of the journal, abbreviated using international regulation
-then: volume number
-finally: first and last page

Nr.2:
Reoccuring citations does not have the same arabic number which should be in accordance to common use in medical publications, but instead are enumerated again with a new number (for example instead of 4 it is 105) AND is abbreviated.

I´m working on a Mac under OS 10.15.04 and Office 365 v.16.36 and Zotero 5.0.85.
Can someone help me please?

Re 1: You can search for a match/near-match using this tool: http://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByExample/ (make sure to switch to a journal-article example and not the standard chapter that is shown first).

A new problem has arisen. Even if I change citation sytel for the whole document, nothing changes. :-(

Try to change to totaly different style (for example if you use author-date to numerical or in oposit) and then swich it back.
