Word 2016 on Mac crashes immediately on opening

I just upgraded to the latest Catalina OS 10.15.4 and now Word 2016 crashes the moment I try to open a document. After disabling the Zotero plugin, Word works again. Would appreciate help figuring this out. Crash report below:

    After disabling the Zotero plugin, Word works again.
    Disabling how?

    If you reinstall the Word plugin from the Cite → Word Processors pane of the Zotero preferences, does Word start crashing again?
  • Disable: Tools --> Templates and Add-ins --> uncheck linkCreation.dotm and Zotero.dotm

    I tried reinstalling and the same problem. As soon as I try to open a file, Word immediately crashes.
  • linkCreation.dotm isn't part of Zotero. Does it crash if Zotero.dotm is enabled and linkCreation.dotm is disabled?
  • Huh... could have sworn I'd already tried that. Anyway it works now. Thanks!
