Zotero not connecting to Google Docs

I am trying to insert a citation on a google doc. This message pops out "Zotero experience an error your document....Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions"

    Does this happen in a new Google Doc document?

    Have you tried restarting your browser and Zotero?

    I had this error before. The problem was that I had my google doc in one google account and was trying to use a different google account for zotero integration. Once I used the same google account for the google doc and for the zotero integration, problem was solved
