Word version: Word for Mac 16.35
When I try to add citation or bibliography in my Word processor, the Zotero showed the operation cannot be completed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. start Zotero
2. Click on "Add/Edit citation"
3. Choose literature
4. Press Enter
No citation was shown on the manuscript and Zotero showed the operation cannot be completed. I finished troubleshooting process but without help.

adamsmithWhat's the exact error message you're getting (in its original language). Just "Operation cannot be completed?" That'd be very odd.
