Upgrade StorageZotero Collector and not appearing after installing

I've just installed both Zotero and the Collector on my Windows 10 computer using Firefox, but the collector buttons aren't showing. I don't get the option to Save to Zotero when I right-click, either.
I'm not very computer-savvy, so not sure what is blocking it. My computer lists it when I search for add-ons, and I've turned the computer on and off twice. when it downloaded, there wasn't anything to click-on to approve it - just a window appearing with something about using it in private mode or something.
I can't see anything in the database.
I decided to switch from Endnote because of the collector, so I hope I can get it working soon. Couldn't see anything in your forum database - any help would be appreciated.
