Old Zotero interface in current Word
Hi all,
I'm getting a (very) old version of the Word plugin interface in a current version of Office 365. I'm looking at the version that has seven equally sized buttons under the Add-ins tab in Word, with different buttons to insert and edit citations. That's happening under Word 16.36, installed a little over a month ago. I suspect this has to do with my having had a *very* old version of Office (2003, I think) installed until recently.
I've tried uninstalling Zotero (both standalone app and browser add-on), then deleting the Zotero data directory--which I figured would purge as much vestigial stuff as possible--then reinstalling everything. No luck.
I don't necessarily mind the old interface, but I suspect I'm getting an old version of the software, so to speak, under the hood. I am also having trouble adding and editing citations in existing documents (though not new ones). I am guessing these are related.
Any help very much appreciated.

Delete the old Zotero.dot file. The template is just the button interface—the underlying Zotero plugin is the same—but the combined add/edit buttons are more convenient.
