Websites are Not Being Alphabetized Correctly

edited April 22, 2020
I'm using Zotero (version 5.0.85) with the add-in for Microsoft Word and am using Chicago 17th full-note. When I insert my bibliography, none of my websites are being put in the correct place alphabetically. Chicago puts the Website Title in the front of bibliographic citations, but Zotero is ordering the citations by the Article Title instead.

For example, my bibliography looks like this:

Abajobir, Amanuel Alemu, Joemer Calderon Maravilla, Rosa Alati, and Jackob Moses Najman. “A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of the Association between Unintended Pregnancy and Perinatal Depression.” Journal of Affective Disorders 192 (March 1, 2016): 56–63. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jad.2015.12.008.

Texas e-Health Alliance. “About TeHA.” Accessed March 19, 2020. http://txeha.org/about-teha/.

Barber, Jennifer S., William G. Axinn, and Arland Thornton. “Unwanted Childbearing, Health, and Mother-Child Relationships.” Journal of Health and Social Behavior 40, no. 3 (1999): 231–57. https://doi.org/10.2307/2676350.

This would be correct *if* "About TeHA" went first in the citation, but it does not. Any help would be much appreciated!
  • I'm finding this same problem using Chicago. If there is no author, the Zotero bibliography puts the website title first, but alphabetizes by the Title of the page.

Was there ever a resolution to this? I'm going to have to do a lot of manual editing...
