If you just want to copy one or more PDFs from Zotero, you can just select the attachments in the middle pane and drag them. You can also right-click on an attachment, click Show File, and copy (not move) from there.
If you want a copy of all PDFs stored in Zotero, you can use your OS file manager to do a search for PDFs within the Zotero data directory, which will give you a flat list of all stored PDF files, and you can copy them from there.
