Importing RIS

Just tried importing an RIS file (citation from Gale ECCO), which is supposed to be supported by Zotero, and for some reason I get the "file format unsupported" message. Hmmm. Help?

    First, just to clarify, is there a reason you're trying to import RIS instead of using the Save to Zotero button? Zotero certainly supports RIS in general, but when a given site is "supported" by Zotero, that means that Zotero can save from the site using that button, and unless you're hitting downloading a large number items you should always prefer that to a manual RIS import.

    But we can still look into why the RIS import is failing. Can you provide a link to the file (e.g., on Dropbox), or email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

    Sorry to sound thick-headed, but where exactly should I see Save to Zotero button? Does it appear on the Gale page? Should I be using a specific browser? I was using Chrome.
