Importing from endnote - ris file issue
Hi,
I like the look of Zotero and am hoping to leave endnote for good. I followed the support guidelines but have run into trouble. I enabled refman RIS as an output style in endnote, selected it as the export option and then attempted to export my references. However in the box that opened endnote only gave me four 'save as' options: XTL, HTML, Rich text format, and text file. I saved the library as a text file but my zotero couldn't read it. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong or how I get my endnote to produce a readable file?
Thanks a lot

then you are not exporting an RIS file. If the single record does look like an RIS file, but does not import successfully, post it here. If the single record imports successfully, you can try importing a subset of your file & post any problematic entries that you find.
