Good afternoon--I am new to Zotero and am having a bit of a problem. My entire library (3200+) resources is listed in Library Thing, which I have downloaded in MARC format in order to upload it to Zotero. Before it starts, or as it starts, I receive an error that it cannot proceed.

Should I try another format?

    I'm not sure if you can export individual items from LibraryThing, but we'd want to see an example file that triggers it. For another format you could open the file up in a text editor and split it up to find an example entry, but that would likely corrupt a MARC file, so in this case you'd have to export individual items. If that's not possible, you could send a ZIP of the file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
