Numbers in multiple citation not updating after removing citation

    hello,
    I has a problem. when I removed a citation the numbers did not update.
    For example, [1],[2], [3] ---> I remove [2] ----> it's like that[1],[3].
    I'm using Word version 16.35 on a MacMojave v 10.14.6. The zotero version is 5.0.85
    Could you help me to fix it, please!

    How exactly are you removing the citation? By clicking Add/Edit Citation and removing one of the bubbles, or something else?
