switching word processor casuses citation to lose format
Hello,
before uploading in goolge docs a .docx file contatinign zotero citations I followed the instructions by changing the documents preferences as detailed in the online documentation. However, as soon as I hit "change word processor" I lose the corret format of my citations, which appear as a long chucnk of code(?).
However, the heading "ZOTERO_TRANSFER_DOCUMENT" normally appears

adamsmithThat's normal -- once you open the document in the other word processor it will remove the heading and re-format the citations correctly.
