translator problem for psychinfo

Was seeking to import a record from psychinfo. Got a translator error.
However, when i stopped viewing the record itself and went back to the list of records, could import without a problem.
  • please always post a URL with translator issues - thank you.
  • Here's the one that doesn't work
    http://web.ebscohost.com.chain.kent.ac.uk/ehost/detail?vid=63&hid=4&sid=83102306-74a4-446a-829f-b2b5c82fa5a6%40sessionmgr10&bdata=JnNpdGU9ZWhvc3QtbGl2ZQ%3d%3d#db=psyh&AN=2009-10025-003

And then here's the one that does

Happy to give more detail if needed.
  • Folder view in Psych-info - translator doesn't seem to work.

And here's another from the same database that doesn't - using their 'smartsearch' option

I won't continue reporting them, don't want to bombard... But let me if its fixed and I can put it through its paces if that is helpful.
  • Thanks for sharing the links. Because they are authenticated through Kent I I can't follow them back to see exactly what the issue is. However, I can say that there are some erratic problems with EBSCO. While we continue to sort out the issue you can use the "Export to reference manager button" and select "Direct Export to EndNote, ProCite, or Reference Manager" this will send the reference to your Zotero library.
