Cannot import DOI from Zenodo

Is there a reason why Zotero (latest version on Linux) cannot import this DOI:

10.5281/zenodo.3743296

(or other DOIs from Zenodo?) Other DOIs import just fine.

No, I manually enter in Zenodo and use Zotero's browser import from Zenodo (which does better than the DOI anyway, especially for publications -- Datacite's data model is quite limited for anything that's not data) to import.
