Trying to Sync information and I keeping getting "!"

    Something on your computer is preventing Zotero from accessing part of the Zotero data directory. If you're running security software, it may be interfering. Otherwise, this could be caused by incorrect file permissions, but that's unlikely unless you copied this folder from another Mac.
