Upgrade StorageWhy can't I see the "Subscribe to this feed" link?

I have created this library:
https://www.zotero.org/groups/2477380/cedefop_rss/collections/FMBEKMCY
It is configured as public closed, reading=anyone, editing=admin
I would libe anyone to be able to subscribe to its feed, however the "Subscribe to this feed" link does not appear anywhere.
Is there anything I need to enable or configure for the "Subscribe to this feed" link to appear?

It turns out that I need to display the Old Web Library and then I see the link to subscribe to the feeds
