failing to save pdf
Am failing to save pdf files from a number of sites , this is despite the pdf sign showing on the connector

If so, can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt that fails?

Can you explain, step by step, exactly what you're trying to do and what's happening?
This just started this week, i have not had this problem in the past. Even sending a debug report in the advanced setting is not working.
But if you can't submit a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector, there's some other problem. What exactly happens?
Restart your computer and try again. If you're still having trouble, can you submit a Report ID from the Zotero Connector? If not, can you copy any errors that show up under Report Errors in the Advanced pane and paste them here?
