How to set default search scope as global search(all collections)?

When I input keyword in the search bar above the middle column,the search scope changed with selecting collections in left column.
Normally, I want to search something in all items,all collections.How to set the default search scope as global search?
Plus,can we upload picture in this forum?

    You should think about the Quick Search function above the middle pane as akin to filtering the current view. It by design only searches the currently selected question (or tag filter). To search your whole library, select My Library in the left pane.
