Upgrade StorageZotero macOS Catalina?

I'm new here! I've been wanting to make this switch for some time now (currently using BibDesk) but I could not understand from the website if I can download Zotero for my Mac (10.15.4) safely (while I know safari extension is still beta - is there an extension for other browsers?).

adomasvenThe release version Zotero Connector is available for Firefox and Chrome, as well as a Beta Connector for Safari. If you download the release version of Zotero simply navigate to https://www.zotero.org/download/ in either Firefox or Chrome and an option to install the connector will be presented to you.
