Report 1474221697 - Translators and Styles
I am running Zotero on my PC (Windows 10) and when I enabled the add-on for Word, I could not find Zotero among my references menu in Word. I also got the error unable to run styles and translators.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Reset translators and styles and check database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.
That didn't help, so:
2. Delete the styles and translators directories in Zotero Data Directory and restart Zotero, update styles.
3. Check file permissions in your Zotero data directory.
4. Close Word
5. Disable add-on, restart Zotero, enable add-on.
6. Restart Word
7. Reinstall Word directory
8. Restart Word
9. Check database integrity (it's fine)
10. Reset translators and styles
I have tried all of this, each time restarting Word, and nothing works -- still no Zotero in the menu

I finally went into Word>options>add-ins, and Zotero was somehow showing as STILL disabled. I enabled it, and poof! It appeared in the toolbar. So I guess in some sense, the error was related to Word, in the sense that it could be fixed within Word.
