Storage is different sizes, different number of files, on two computers; also, missing files?
hello,
I use Zotero on a MacBook Air and an iMac. The macbook storage folder is ~5.6 G with 8201 items, according to info in Mac's finder. The desktop storage folder is ~2.4 G with 5499 items, according to Mac's finder. Meanwhile, both libraries viewed from within Zotero show 4436 items. I've synced Zotero from both sides.
This seems weird to me.
Both sync settings are the same (full-text content, auto). I have 6 G of storage purchased, so that shouldn't be an issue. Integrity of both databases is fine.
One problem I've consistently had with Zotero is I'll go to open a pdf I _know_ should be there, and it is not. The metadata is, it shows the pdf is there, but "Zotero cannot locate".
Is it possible all these issues are related?
