Upgrade Storagezbib.org: DOI recognition fails if URL is escaped
I tried to enter this link into zbib:
https://doi.org/10.1037/1082-989X.4.3.272
It failed, but unescaping the DOI value worked:
https://doi.org/10.1037/1082-989X.4.3.272
