Zotero citation does not work in word or google docs

When I open a document in word or google docs, and I press on the Zotero bar and then add citation it does not show up so I cannot search a name. This is very strange to me as I worked with Zotero for half a year and I never had this problem.

    If it's not working in Word or Google Docs, restart your computer and try again.

    If it's still not working, we'd want to see a Report ID from Zotero to start.
