wiki : impossible to create a page

Hi,
I would like to provide a French translation for the following page of the documentation : https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation. However, unlike the other pages, my account on the wiki does not allow me to create the French version of this page.

Should be possible now. That page was restricted when it contained XPI downloads, but that's no longer the case.

Unfortunately it is not possible.
I can edit https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation, but I am redirected to that page when I try to create https://www.zotero.org/support/fr/word_processor_plugin_installation.
