Sync error

Hi,
Every time I want to sync my Zotero I receive a file sync error. I submitted the error report: 358863798.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces the error?

You're trying to upload a 4.6 GB file. That's a massive file (particularly for a PDF, which it appears to be), and files above 4 GB can't currently be synced.

Paste W6BRB9NG into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the file in question. You'll need to delete that attachment and empty the trash. (It's possible there's a problem with the file and you can find a smaller version.)
