installation successful but when I close it says error that translators could not install

I installed everything but upon closing it says translators not installed

    What's the exact message you're receiving?

    Can you provide a Report ID?

    Well I do not get the message now but when i go to install the connector under the settings advanced option the box is checked where it states report broken site translaters to zotero.org

    I'm not sure what you mean by that. That setting isn't relevant here.

    If you're experiencing a problem, we'd need a Report ID and a full description of what's happening.
