default library sort?

Until I can get around to building a custom search and display interface with the API, I'm using a link to our group library page on Zotero web to display all of our organization's publications. One significant downside is that initial display is only in title sort order. Wouldn't it make more sense to display newer items first? Or to offer a library setting that allowed the library manager to choose the default sort order?
