'Lecture' and 'workshop' options for new item category

Hi there,

It would be great if there was a 'lecture' and a 'workshop' category in the new items drop box. A few of my references fall into these categories, and none of the current options produce the correct referencing style for this kind of reference.

    Could you be more precise? Developers generally don't like to include more items, so you'll have to make a case. At least provide sample citations.
    Also - a lecture for me is a presentation, as are most presentations at workshops, so be specific how presentation doesn't work.
