Search for linked and not indexed files

I've lots of PDF which are not stored within Zotero but are linked to. Now I was looking for a way to find entries in my library (or in some subcollections) which have/don't have links to PDF. Also I want to find linked PDF which are not indexed to trigger the indexing for those files manually. But I couldn't find a search option for neither of them. I also searched the forum here but no hints. Did I miss something or is there just now search option for linked files and indexed files? Any work arounds?
